Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Collaborative Workspace Category Hierarchy page.
Click the Portal Administration link.
Step 1Click the Workspaces link.
Step 2Click the Manage Categories link.
Step 3Use the Collaborative Workspace Category Hierarchy page to manage the hierarchy of categories for organizing collaborative workspace templates and instances. When you create collaborative workspace templates and instances, you can optionally assign them a category that you have defined.
In this example, as the portal administrator, you will add a new category. Then, you will edit an existing category by moving it to a new folder.
Step 4Click the Expand button.
Step 5Click the Departments link.
Step 6Click the [Add Category] link.
Step 7Use the Add Category page to add a category to the collaborative workspace category hierarchy.
Step 8The Category field is required.
Enter the desired information into the Category field. Enter
Click in the Description field.
Step 10Enter the desired information into the Description field. Enter
Click the OK button.
Step 12Click the [Development] link.
Step 13Click the [Edit Category] link.
Step 14Use the Edit Category page to edit or move a category in the collaborative workspace category hierarchy.
In this example, you will move a category to a different folder.
Step 15Click the Move Category button.
Step 16Click the Departments link.
Step 17Click the OK button.
Step 18Click the OK button.
Step 19Click the Save button.
Step 20You have completed managing the collaborative workspace category hierarchy.
