Modifying Calendar Properties and Security



  1. Begin by navigating to the Calendar Properties page in a collaborative workspace.


    Click the Workspaces link.

  3. Click an entry in the Name column.

  4. Click the Calendar link.

  5. Click the Calendar Properties link.

  6. Use the Calendar Properties page to define the basic attributes of a workspace calendar.


    In this example, you will modify the properties for this workspace calendar.

  7. Click in the Title field.

  8. Enter the desired information into the Title field. Enter

     a valid value
     "Curriculum Events"

  9. Click in the Description field.

  10. Enter the desired information into the Description field. Enter

     a valid value
     "Team meetings, focus groups, and courses."

  11. Click the Calendar Security tab.

  12. Use the Calendar Security page to add or delete members and assign privileges for a workspace calendar. You can add members by role or user ID. Three privilege levels are available for calendar members: administrator, contributor, and viewer.


    Note. A workspace calendar automatically inherits any changes to members and privileges assigned at the workspace level.


    In this example, you will modify the privileges of one member of the calendar.

  13. Click the Privilege Set list.
