Begin by navigating to the Course Details page.
In this example, the Course Details page is the target page that has the Related Workspaces pagelet associated with it.

The Related Workspaces pagelet is used to associate collaborative workspaces with a specified menu item—in this example, relating workspaces with the Course Details page. If you are a portal administrator, the View All Workspaces link and Create Workspace link appear as below. For other users, only the View All Workspaces link appears.
In this example, as the portal administrator, you will create a new related workspace for the Course Details page. Then, you will return as a member of the workspace to access the workspace from the page and vice versa.Step 4

Use the Select A Workspace Template page to select the template on which you want to base your collaborative workspace.
A recommended template—one that was associated with the transaction page when the template was created—is selected by default. This default can be overridden.Step 6
In this example, you will use the recommended template that was selected by default.

If the workspace template that you are creating the collaborative workspace from contains contextual data, you can use this page to relate the workspace to specific data about a transaction. This relationship helps categorize your collaborative workspace and provides relevant contextual information.Step 8

Use the Name and Describe Workspace page to enter a name, description, and category to help identify your collaborative workspace.Step 10
