Begin by navigating to the Move Folder page.

Select the folder that you want to move.

Use the Move Folder page to change the location of a subfolder. If the user performing the move is a top administrator, a subfolder can also be promoted to be a top folder for the content management feature, or vice versa.
In this example, as a top administrator for managed content, you will move this top folder to become a subfolder in managed content.Step 5
Click the 1002 - Corporate Communications link.Step 6
Notice that the breadcrumbs indicate that the folder is now a subfolder.
Click the Save button.Step 7
You have completed moving a folder in the managed content feature of the content management system.
