In a collaborative workspace in Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal, the Documents module provides a platform that workspace members can use to share documents of interest. The Documents module enables you to create content, manage it collaboratively in folders, check content in and out, create new versions of content, and make approved content available to workspace members.


In addition, members can monitor activity in the Documents module through the Recent Discussions pagelet on the collaborative workspace’s welcome page.
