Begin by navigating to the Review Action Items page.

The Review Action Items page enables you to review and filter all of the action items for which you have viewing or editing privileges. The list of action items includes items from all portals, sites, and workspaces. You can filter action items by list ID, assigned to, status, and category.
You can also click the title of an action item to view its Action Item Details page.
In this example, you will filter the list of action items, display all columns, and then download the list as an Excel spreadsheet.Step 3

Active action items include those that are not cancelled or completed.
