The collaborative workspace creation wizard guides you through a five-step process for creation of a collaborative workspace:

1. Select a collaborative workspace template.

2. Relate the collaborative workspace to a transaction (skipped if the collaborative workspace template was defined without contextual data).

3. Name and describe the collaborative workspace.

4. Select modules to add to the collaborative workspace.

5. Add members to the collaborative workspace.

 

In this example, as the portal administrator, you will create a generic collaborative workspace by accepting most default definitions where available.
