Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Properties page for the collaborative workspace.
Click the Portal Administration link.
Step 1Click the Workspaces link.
Step 2Click the Manage Workspaces link.
Step 3Click an entry in the Workspace column.
Step 4Click the Administration link.
Step 5Use the Properties page to define or modify the properties for the collaborative workspace including its name, description, category, valid dates, and welcome text.
In this example, as the workspace administrator, you will define the category and valid from and valid to dates for a workspace.
Step 6Click the Search Categories button.
Step 7Use the Select Category page to select the category that you want to assign to the collaborative workspace instance.
Step 8Click the Departments button.
Step 9Click the [Training] link.
Step 10Click in the Valid From field.
Step 11Enter the desired information into the Valid From field. Enter
Click in the Valid To field.
Step 13Enter the desired information into the Valid To field. Enter
Click the Save button.
Step 15You have completed defining workspace properties for a collaborative workspace.
