Steps:
Begin by navigating to the Notify Members page in a collaborative workspace.
Click the Workspaces link.
Step 1Click the Search button.

Step 4Click the Notify All Members button.
Step 5Use the Notify Members page to send an email message to all members of a collaborative workspace who have an email address defined in their user profile.
In this example, you will send an email message to all members of the workspace.
