Notifying All Members


Concept


Steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the Notify Members page in a collaborative workspace.

     

    Click the Workspaces link.

  2. Click the Search button.

  3. Click an entry in the Name column.

  4. Click the Members link.

    Step 4
  5. Click the Notify All Members button.

  6. Use the Notify Members page to send an email message to all members of a collaborative workspace who have an email address defined in their user profile.

     

    In this example, you will send an email message to all members of the workspace.

  7. You can edit the To field to add, modify, or delete email addresses.

  8. Click in the Message field.

  9. Enter the desired information into the Message field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "Please be sure to use AOL for all instant messages"
    .

  10. Click the Notify button.

You have completed notifying all members from the Members module of a collaborative workspace.
