Creating a New Discussion Topic

Steps:

  1. Begin by navigating to the Create New Topic page for a collaborative workspace.

     

    Click the Workspaces link.

  2. Click the Search button.

  3. Click an entry in the Name column.

  4. Click the Discussions link.

  5. Click the Add Topic button.

    Step 5
  6. Use the Create New Topic page to add a discussion topic to a collaborative workspace.

     

    In this example, you will add a new discussion topic to a collaborative workspace.

  7. Enter the desired information into the Title field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "Web 2.0"
    .

  8. Click in the edit field.

  9. Enter the desired information into the field. Enter

     a valid value
     e.g.
     "How can we improve our online training?"
    .

  10. Click the Save button.

    Step 10

You have completed creating a new discussion topic in the Discussions module of a collaborative workspace.
